CCS - Crown Commercial Service

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office of the UK Government. The CCS is responsible for managing the procurement of common goods and services across the Public Sector. CCS's operations, include a range of framework agreements, which are pre-tendered and through which public sector customers can purchase goods and services without going through the normal tender process.

Defence Sourcing Portal

The Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP) is the official source of MOD contract opportunities. The DSP is the e-sourcing platform and one-stop-shop for contract opportunities, tendering and information on doing business with the Ministry of Defence. MOD contract opportunities will be advertised and tendered on this platform. Dept of Transport

DfT (central) (or DfTc) procurement policy is to compete using the Crown Commercial Service framework agreements for much of its sourcing activities. When no established framework agreement exists, the procurement policy is to advertise all opportunities via Contracts Finder where the value of the procurement opportunity is above £12,000 and Find a Tender service (FTS) where the value of the procurement opportunity is above procurement thresholds
